Giulio Gabrielli ("The younger"; July 20, 1748 - September 26, 1822) was an Italian Catholic Church's cardinal. He was part of the Roman Curia, and later archbishop of Senigallia 1808–1816.

Gabrielli was born in Rome to a princely family originally from Gubbio in the Papal States (nowadays in Umbria). He was created a cardinal in the consistory of February 23, 1801, by Pope Pius VII and served as Cardinal Secretary of State from 1808 to 1814. The French arrested him in his office at the Quirinal Palace in Rome and deported him to France in 1808, during the reign of Pius VII. He later returned to Rome where he served as prefect of the Sacred Congregation of the Council from 1814 to 1820. He died in Albano Laziale.

He was related to Cardinal Giulio Gabrielli the Elder (created a cardinal in 1641).
